Return & Replacement Policy

At Standard Army Store, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products sold on our website.

However, replacement is available only under specific conditions mentioned below.


Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 2-3 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

📌 Mandatory Requirement:
A clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, showing:

  • The sealed package

  • The shipping label

  • The product condition clearly

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no replacement request will be accepted.


How to Request a Replacement

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear images of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If your request is approved, we will share the replacement instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Replaceable Items

Replacement is not applicable for: 

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear


Important Notes

  • Replacement requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Final approval of replacement rests with Standard Army Store
